Biden Puts Veto on Bill That Would Put a Stop to Student Loan Handouts

This week on Wednesday, Sleepy Joe put a stop to the bill that could’ve salvaged what little of our economy we have left, effectively continuing his student loan handout plan.

The plan, which has a budget of $400 billion, was created by the left in order to offset the amount of Americans who were financially disadvantaged, due to the student loans they’ve taken out.

Biden vowed he will forgive the debt of millions.

Even more money down the drain

In a public statement, Biden addressed the bill he vetoed, claiming congressional Republicans banded together in order to block the $10k in student debt relief and $20k for those who received Pell Grants.

Biden added he’s not going to back down on his efforts and the veto was placed in order to ensure tens of millions of working-class families receive the help they need.

In his efforts to demonize Republicans who pushed the bill, Biden practically forgot Senators Joe Manchin and Jon Tester, two Democrats who also voted for advancing the bill last week.

In fact, Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema, an Independent party member, also voted in favor of the bill, allowing the final tally to come to 52-46.

If the Senate vote wasn’t enough, Joe also forgot Reps. Golden and Gluesenkamp-Perez voted in favor of the bill in the House, where the final vote tally was 218-203.

Joe can’t get all his ducks in a row

Even his own party members can’t agree with his ludicrous ideas anymore.

Joe fired back at them immediately, claiming some of those who voted in favor of the bill received loans for their small businesses during the pandemic; yet, they draw the line at loan forgiveness.

That being said, that’s exactly where the line should be drawn.

There’s no reason for the rest of the hardworking, law-abiding, and financially responsible Americans to give their taxpayer dollars to those who couldn’t repay a loan they took out.

In spite of how damaging it will be to the economy, Biden refused to apologize for “helping working-class Americans,” even though it’s their money he’s giving away.

This veto marks Biden’s fifth veto ever since he was signed into office and he’s going to continue doing it for as long as he’s in power.
