Biden: Withdrawal of Troops in Afghanistan Could’ve Gone No Better

Joe Biden joined George Stephanopoulos in an exclusive interview with ABC News. What he had to say about the ongoing chaos in Afghanistan is receiving backlash from both sides of the political aisle.

In the interview, Stephanopoulos asked Biden if the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan could’ve been handled better, in which Biden snapped backed and said it couldn’t have been better. Biden then expanded on the comment and declared there was going to be chaos no matter what he did; so he felt as if the situation could’ve gone no better than how it went.

Stephanopoulos also asked Biden what he thought about the pictures of the packed C-17s and videos of Afghans falling to their death at the Kabul airport; however, Biden didn’t want to talk about this. He told the ABC host that it happened four or five days ago.

Biden was absolutely wrong; it didn’t happen four or five days ago. It happened three days ago and the reason why it happened is because the Biden administration didn’t put a successful withdrawal plan together.

The liberal media has been relatively soft on Biden the last almost seven months he’s been in office; although, it appears they can’t even cover up his complete incompetence regarding the current situation in Afghanistan.

Biden’s ABC Interview Continued

Many called out Biden after the ABC interview clip surfaced on Twitter; they were dumbfounded that Biden decided to not own up to mistakes, but rather lie instead and say there’s no possible way the withdrawal of troops in Afghanistan could’ve gone better.

Biden also told another lie and said that nobody has been killed so far outside of the Kabul airport; as of right now, there has been around 12 deaths so far. The 12 deaths have come from stampedes and from gunfire from the Taliban.

That’s not to mention one man who got stuck in a U.S. aircraft’s landing gear and another two men who fell to their deaths after hanging onto the same aircraft as it lifted off.

Here is the scene at Kabul airport today:

Biden Also Held a Press Conference About COVID-19

Around the same time Biden conducted the interview with ABC, he also held a press conference about COIVD-19. In his speech, he stated that the Education Department will go after any governor who attempts to stop schools from mandating masks.

It appears Biden’s remarks were aimed at Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis who recently made an executive order that allows parents to choose whether or not their child wears a mask in the classroom.

Biden ended his press conference without answering any questions. The entire press conference was an obvious attempt to gain back support from liberals after his terrible withdrawal plan in Afghanistan had many liberals questioning their support of Biden for the first time since he’s been in office.
