DeSantis Debunks ‘Total Bunk’ About Alleged Conflict with Trump

The narrative coming out of the mainstream leftist media about a “rivalry” between former President Trump and Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis has been completely debunked by the latter.

Various pro-Marxist propaganda news outlets, such as CNN and Axios, have been publishing reports recently about the supposed conflict between Trump and DeSantis.

Trump himself was quick to dispel the claims about a “war” between him and the Florida governor.

Don’t Take the ‘Bait’ of the Democrats and Their Media Stooges

DeSantis himself rejected the leftist propaganda insinuations in several media appearances; on Tuesday, he gave a fresh interview to Fox News in which he literally crushed the allegations that he views Trump as a rival.

He categorically stated all the claims about their imaginable conflict are “bunk” made up by Democrats and their media stooges in order to debilitate the GOP ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

DeSantis unequivocally described Trump as “a friend of mine” and emphasized that Trump especially appreciates his governance as a resident of Florida.

The Florida governor also expressed his understanding that Trump wishes to see the Republican Party “doing well,” whereas the mainstream media is pretending otherwise.

“Don’t take that bait,” DeSantis advised the American people. The Florida governor then urged Americans to understand exactly what the Democrats and their subservient mainstream media are seeking to achieve.

He then urged supporters of the Republican Party to stay united and enter 2022 with a “full head of steam.”

Joining Trump in Defense of Joe Rogan

Trump himself hasn’t officially announced that he is running for the White House again in 2024, but has hinted at it really strongly multiple times. Meanwhile, DeSantis is presently focused on his reelection campaign and hasn’t revealed any plans for 2024.

Intra-Republican Party polls show that Trump is the favorite for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, while the Florida governor is a distant second. Some Republican pundits have raised the possibility of DeSantis becoming Trump’s running mate in 2024.

In his interview on Tuesday, the former also supported the latter by backing Trump’s call for popular libertarian podcast host Joe Rogan (who has been battered by leftist criticism over his stance against vaccine mandates and for using the N-word in some episodes of his talk show).

On Monday, Trump issued a statement in which he called upon Rogan to quit “apologizing” to the left-wing crowd. More specifically, Trump talked about the “maniacs and lunatics” of the “fake news and radical left”.

In his interview, DeSantis also urged Joe Rogan not to “cow to the mob”. The governor of Florida stated that the outspoken podcaster “shouldn’t have apologized.”

This is due to the fact he is deliberately being targeted by the leftist mob for upsetting their feelings.
