Convicted pedophile Jared Fogle finally spoke from prison after years of being silent.
Jared Fogle, who was best known for being Subway’s spokesperson, wrote in a letter obtained by the New York Post that he “royally messed up” and regrets his past decisions.
In 2015, prosecutors discovered Fogle had in his possession over 400 videos of child pornography. Fogle also asked escorts to provide him with 14 and 15-year-old girls and was eventually found guilty of paying for sex with a minor.
The pedophile’s letter seemed as if he’s making the best out of prison and is even able to watch NFL and college football games in prison.
Some Americans who are not convicted sex offenders cannot even afford cable, but Fogle is living it up in prison as if he never did anything wrong.

More on Fogle’s Letter
Fogle, in his letter, wrote quotes from the movie Shawshank Redemption and says he’s making the most out of his time in prison. He stated he’s reading books and staying in good shape.
The disgraced Subway spokesperson wrote he’s running four to five miles a day and eating very healthily. He then added he feels like he is in the best shape of his life and is now currently sitting at 185 lbs.

Prosecutors are sickened by Fogle’s letter, because in several lines, Fogle stated that he made a “mistake.”
US Attorney Steven DeBrota went on record, saying Fogle is not in prison because he made a one-time bad decision, but rather, he’s in prison because of his constant criminal behavior.
DeBrota is 100% right. Fogle downloaded over 400 videos of child pornography. He even had the stones to ask minors for sex countless times. Therefore, Fogle’s mistake wasn’t just a one-time bad decision but rather a pattern of pedophile behavior.
Fogle’s Rise and Fall
Jared Fogle came to national attention when he claimed to lose a massive amount of weight by eating Subway sandwiches.
Fogle went from eating 10,000 calories a day, all the way down to 2,000. His daily diet consisted of a 6-inch Turkey Sub, some chips, and he washed it down with a diet coke. For dinner, he ate a 12-inch veggie sub with a diet coke.
Subway heard his story and hired him for a marketing campaign where he would show the pants he wore when he used to weigh close to 425 lbs. By the end of his Subway diet, Fogle claimed to lose over 245 pounds on the Subway diet.
During his time working for Subway, the convicted pedophile netted in over $15 million dollars of which $1.4 million now has to go towards his victims.
Fogle is set to be released on March 24th, 2029. He will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
