Haitian Opposition Leader Hired American Lobbyist Two Days Before Assassination of Haiti’s President

Reports have surfaced that Haitian opposition leader Pierre Reginald Boulos hired an American lobbyist; this happened only two days before Haiti’s President Jovenel Moise was assassinated inside of his home.

According to Pierre Reginald Boulos, he hired the lobbyist in order for the Biden administration to support an interim government in Haiti.

The timing of Pierre’s hiring of the lobbyist is raising some red flags, considering he hired the lobbyist only two days before the President’s death.

After all, interim governments are usually established after a leader suddenly dies or a revolution occurs. So, it almost appears as if Haitian opposition leader Pierre Reginald Boulos knew something was about to happen.

Who is the American Lobbyist?

According to a report by Politico, Boulos hired Art Estopinan who is a former chief of staff to former Republican Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida; at one time, Estopinan was even part of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

According to Art’s website, he has lobbied for over 25 years for Congress and foreign governments.

Boulos Denies Any Connection to Moise’s Assassination

It looks extremely shady that the political opposition of the now-deceased President of Haiti hired an American lobbyist just two days Jovenel Moise was assassinated in his home.

Boulos denied that his political group had anything to do with the assassination and even condemned the killing. He then went on to say that it was a dark day for Haiti.

Boulos and the late President of Haiti have had their fair share of disagreements. The major difference was that Boulos believed Moise’s term ended on February 7th, 2021, whereas Moise believed his term didn’t end until 2022.

The tension between the two was very strong throughout the last couple of years.

The Opposition’s Plan Now That the President of Haiti is Dead

Pierre Reginald Boulos hired an American lobbyist so he could have inside access to the Biden administration. His goal is for the United States, along with the UN, is to recognize the president of the Haitian Senate, Joseph Lambert, as the interim President.

He also wants to urge the Biden administration to delay election until next year and seat a new president in Febuary of 2023.

Boulos Also Wants COVID-19 Vaccines from the United States

Before he was assassinated, President Jovenel Moise surprised the world when he rejected COVID-19 vaccines from the UN. The government of Haiti went on record stating that they would not accept AstraZeneca’s vaccine due to the severe side effects the vaccine carries.

Boulos, on the other hand, welcomes the vaccine and even wants the United States government to supply him with vaccines and financial aid.

Is this just one big coincidence or is there something Boulos and the United States government aren’t telling everyone?
