On Thursday, a federal judge issued a deadline to the Justice Department, demanding they determine whether former President Trump wishes to see the search warrant for his Mar-a-Lago home unsealed.
Barely an hour later, President Trump spoke about the matter on Truth Social, asking that the documents be released for public viewing this instant, calling the raid on his home an “un-American, unwarranted, and unnecessary” act.
A very “un-American” thing to do
President Trump went on to slam the radical left responsible for the raid, most of which have been working together for the better part of the past six years to ruin his reputation.

Supporting the opinions of other Republicans, Trump agreed the raid was a perfect example of unnecessary weaponization of law enforcement. Given how the order had to have come from the White House, he believes it was an attempt at preventing him from running for office again.
The fact of the matter is Trump is doing tremendously in the polls, even this early on. With all the successful fundraising the GOP has been doing, Republicans have a fair shot at winning back office in 2024.
If that wasn’t enough, we’ve seen the US sink to an unprecedented low ever since Biden was elected president, with there being a new crisis every so often. This starts with the border issue, rising crime rates, a failing economy, and most recently, the energy crisis.

FBI raid leaves Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in a disastrous mess
The sudden decision from Judge Bruce Reinhart came after Attorney General Merrick Garland finally decided to shed some light on the matter, claiming he had personally approved the search warrant execution at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.
Garland added that the warrant will be made public, due to former President Trump’s confirmation of the search and the general public’s interest in the matter at hand.
It remains unknown whether Trump or anyone from his legal team is currently in possession of these documents.

Oddly enough, neither the FBI nor the Justice Department used the word “raid,” likely to absolve themselves of anything that may come up later; although that notion’s already been established by Trump and a number of major news outlets.
Additionally, despite the fact that the “raid” was made public, the FBI never released any information on what property was actually retrieved during their search of the Mar-a-Lago estate, or why it was executed to begin with.
What’s more, Trump’s legal team had returned the National Archives records months prior to the raid. Therefore, this is leaving no real reason for the FBI to go through with the search warrant, especially using such great amounts of unnecessary force without any prior announcement.
