After her lawsuit was one of the many things Fox News executives claimed led to Tucker Carlson parting ways with the network, Abby Grossberg decided to withdraw it.
If you’ve been out of the loop, Grossberg is a former producer from Tucker Carlson’s show who left the network earlier this year in March, only to file a coercion lawsuit against Fox News immediately after.
Tucker deserved better
She claimed she was forced by Fox’s legal team to fabricate answers when asked questions during the lawsuit the network had with Dominion voting machines. This was prompted by several of Tucker’s claims against the company.

It would also happen to be one of the events leading up to Tucker Carlson being fired from Fox News after years of being the network’s leading host.
Many have argued his departure from the network means there’s little reason to tune in to Fox anymore. Their content has gone down the drain in recent years, with Tucker being one of the few remaining hosts fighting for the truth.
Abby announced she’ll be withdrawing her lawsuit this time around, but only so she can refile it against Fox News in New York, where Smartmatic also filed their case against the network.

Grossberg’s greed
She originally filed her lawsuit in Delaware, where Dominion voting machines managed to get a settlement for $787 million, which may have been another reason for Tucker’s departure.
Unfortunately, this means Grossberg is just trying to get as much money as she can out of the lawsuit. This may end up backfiring in the worst way possible, for her at least, as the legitimacy of her claims goes down drastically if money is involved.
If you look at Smartmatic’s current lawsuit against the Fox News network in New York, you’ll find they’re suing Fox for $2.7 billion, which will definitely put a dent in the company’s finances.

As for Tucker though, he seems to be living his best life.
Leaving Fox News may just have been the greatest thing to have happened to him, as conservative media channels are practically fighting over who will get to keep him as their host.
At the end of the day, it was never about Fox News, but the truth that Carlson gave to the American people with his show. No amount of effort from the higher-ups of any network will be able to disprove that was all he’d ever fought for.
A stand-up guy doing his best to let the people know what’s happening around them. Any network that he chooses to work with in the future is bound to see an uptick in viewers.
